AntiPrism 0.9.8 Release Notes

AntiPrism 0.9.8 is based on OpenELEC 5.0.8 fork. It is a stable platform with the latest anonymizing, security and encryption components.

AntiPrism 0.9.8 features:

  • support for most popular x86 based 32- and 64-bit Intel CPUs, limited feature support for Raspberry Pi and Raspberry Pi 2
  • new improved installation program for UEFI compliant USB boot devices
  • English, French, German and Russian user interface
  • support for Cryptsetup and TrueCrypt file system containers with robust recovery and backup tools
  • AppArmor-based protection of keys, messages and other private data
  • advanced IPTables firewall rules
  • Onion Router functionality providing transparent routing of the local and LAN requests through Tor, enabling VPN-like service for Chromecast, AppleTV, etc and other media devices
  • support for both WiFi and Ethernet tethering
